Religious Instruction Committee

These are committees of catholic parents who organise the religious instruction of children attending our Catholic schools.

“Do the work of an evangelist. Complete the ministry God has given you.” 2 Tim 4:5

Ro3le in our Lives

To help families to be actively involved in the preparation of their children for the Sacraments.

In our Parish, all of the children who attend religious instruction classes are especially invited to attend the family mass at 10.30 am each Sunday.

The parish pastoral worker liaises with parents’ committees, teachers and children to plan for the sacraments of Reconciliation, Eucharist and Confirmation.

Religious instruction Classes are held in the parish centre on Mondays and Wednesdays.

How to prepare, participate, give

Parents guide and inspire their children in the knowledge of the faith. They can serve on parents’ committees in the school if required.
